Key Responsibilities : Brand Identity & Communication :
- Develop brand identities and ensure consistent application across channels.
- Create visual concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches.
Packaging Design :
Design innovative, functional, and premium packaging for eyewear and accessories.Work with vendors to ensure quality and timely production of packaging materials.Visual Merchandising (VM) :
Design and implement in-store display strategies to enhance retail experience.Create planograms, window displays, and seasonal in-store themes.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work with marketing, retail, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.Team & Vendor Management :
Manage internal design resources and external vendors for packaging and VM production.Requirements
5+ years of experience in branding, packaging design, and visual merchandisingStrong portfolio showcasing packaging innovation and retail VM designExcellent understanding of brand systems and storytellingKnowledge of production processes for packaging and retail displaysProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant 3D visualisation tools (preferred)Skills Required
