Identity Lifecycle Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled Identity Lifecycle Solutions Developer to design and implement identity lifecycle and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow), including configuration, customization, workflow design, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain identity lifecycle events, certifications, and access requests.
• Build and customize connectors / integrations with target systems such as Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Azure AD, etc.
• Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and policy-based access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, workflow, and synchronization issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions.
• Participate in UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security and compliance best practices.
