The Job
You will be responsible for :
Leading team and achieving AOP / Sales Target for the Indian Domestic Market.Managing a team of 10-15 people.Ensuring to do marketing campaigns, Team leading, Customer meeting, Enhancing sales.Ensure to active Sales, Profits & Shown the details in CRMPresent the Market potentials, opportunities and road map to success.Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.The Profile
You have at least 15 years experience ideally in B2B Sales / Bulk chemicals sales / Brand Marketing / Brand Manager within Specialty Chemicals, API, Personal care industriesExperience within would be a strong advantage.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of CHEMICAL SALES, API SALES and B2B SALESYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teamsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.The Employer
