Key Responsibilities :

• Model Creation & Management :

Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to integrate different models and resolve design conflicts.

Ensure models comply with industry standards, project specifications, and the project's BIM Execution Plan.

Produce plans, sections, elevations, details, and other documentation from the 3D models.

Perform clash detection using BIM software to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.

Extract information and quantities from models to support project processes.

Provide technical support and assistance to project teams.
