Job Title : Oracle HFM Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Technical Consultant with a solid understanding of both technical configuration and functional financial processes . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting HFM applications to meet business consolidation and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and configure Oracle HFM applications , including metadata, rules, data forms, and reports.
• Develop and maintain HFM integration with source systems (FDMEE, ODI, etc.).
• Perform data load automation , troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with finance teams to understand consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes.
• Implement and support HFM workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchies.
• Develop custom scripts, rules files, and calculation logic to support business needs.
• Provide production support, enhancements, and upgrades for HFM and related EPM components.
• Document system design, configurations, and support procedures.
• Partner with functional finance users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
