The Role
We’re looking for freelance recruiters based in India to join Ceed’s external recruitment network. You’ll help us fill open roles across our internal companies — Ceed, Keey, and Lion Group — including admin, marketing, sales, video editors, and real estate agents .
What You’ll Do :
- Recruit for active roles including admin, real estate, video editing, marketing, and more
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates with CV + short intro
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
- Track your submissions via Google Sheets or our ATS (Zoho Recruit)
- Report weekly progress and communicate openly with our team
- Focus on budget-fit candidates and long-term hires
Compensation Model :
Low-paying roles ($200–$250 / month) :
$35–$50 bonus per hireOptional $10 bonus after 1 week on the jobHigher-paying roles (above $500 / month) :
8%–12% of the candidate’s first-month salary (e.g., $500 / month = $50–$60 commission)$10 extra bonus if candidate accepts salary at or below budgetNo ongoing or recurring commissionImportant :
