Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Mumbai / Thane / Pune. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additional responsibilities include managing employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and professional development programs. The role also involves supporting leadership in developing strategies to enhance workplace productivity and culture.
Qualifications
Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Compliance with labor laws
Proficiency in Performance Management, Training, and Development
Familiarity with HR Technology, Systems, and Record Management
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
Experience in team leadership or roles with managerial responsibilities is advantageous
Ready to travel between centers in Mumbai
