About the Role : -

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities : -

✅ Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO / SEM, and other digital channels.

✅ Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

✅ Create engaging content ideas, coordinate with designers, and ensure brand consistency.

✅ Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other dashboards.

✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize campaigns.

✅ Improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.

✅ Manage digital ad budgets effectively and deliver measurable ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications : -

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.

✅ 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles and Candidate should belongs from MEERUT.

✅ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Email Marketing.

✅ Hands-on experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM tools.

✅ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

✅ Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
