• Client Interaction and gathering Client Requirements.
• Detailed Project Flow Analysis and Wireframe Designing using Axure / Figma / similar.
• Answer to RFI / RFQ / RFP together with the BD Executive / Mgr
• Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements,
• Assess customers' met and unmet needs, and recommend optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
• Share with sales team assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned market areas.
• Provide coaching and professional development to company's members
• Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.
• Monitor R&D / customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
• Provide training to customers when needed.
• If required, act as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer's expectation and initial proposals
• Follow and share market technological needs and evolution with Managers.
• Experience : 2- 4 Years
• Qualification : Bachelor's Degree
