Team Leader – IT Inside Sales

Location : Lucknow

Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Salary : As per industry standards

Industry : IT Software Solutions / IT Services

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader – IT Inside Sales to handle and guide the sales team, manage client communication, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT software / services inside sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Handle end-to-end sales activities : prospecting, product pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
  • Draft professional sales emails, proposals, and client communication.
  • Identify business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client requirements.
  • Prepare daily / weekly sales reports for management.

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Good email drafting and presentation ability.
  • Experience in IT software or IT solutions sales (mandatory).
  • Team leadership and performance management skills.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end inside sales processes.
  • Ability to meet targets under deadlines.
  • Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
