Define and develop B2B customers : Identify and segment potential business-to-business (B2B) customers — such as OEMs, fleet operators, builders, industries, or government entities.
Understand their requirements for EV chargers and related infrastructure.
Build and nurture strong business relationships to generate consistent demand and sales opportunities.
Fulfil through assigned channels :
Ensure that sales orders and customer requirements are fulfilled via the allocated distribution or channel partners (dealers, installers, EPCs, etc.).
Support channel partners in closing deals, managing inventories, and providing after-sales coordination.
Monitor channel performance and ensure timely delivery, installation, and service.
Key responsibilities :
Own the sale target for the assigned territory (West)
Leads generation through Cold call, personal visits, social networking to multiple customer segments like EV OEMs, Developers, FMC, CPO, Fleet, Logistics. corporates etc in the territory
Presenting to corporates, forums for product promotion & branding
Support local sales team to convert leads to the business from existing customers
Payment collections and AR management
Qualification & Experience :
Graduate in any discipline, Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics
4-5 years of experience in front end sales
Well-connected in the local market and having knowledge of the territory
Street smart Self Driven Sales / product professional
80% field travel and 20 % office job
Preferred work experience in UPS, Electrical / Electronic industries, Panel contractors, EVSE etc. industries dealing
