The Role

This role is responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure . Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset -  O365, AD, server, Dell storage, network, SQL database, VM, Windows installation

Secondary Skillset -  server, storage and Nutanix, Citrix knowledge , , Virtual Environments, PC troubleshooting / vendor escalation, provide basic network troubleshooting, , email issues, cloud,  internet connectivity

Requirements

• Should have experience in Setting up and configuring servers and desktops.
• Should have experience in Installation of s / w and configuring VM and storage
• Should have experience in Troubleshooting any issue related to Windows.
• Should have experience in handling end-user issues.
• Should have experience working as a Cloud engineer for Exchange Online, Azure, and SharePoint Online.
• Should have experience in managing Users and provisioning user licenses in office365.
• Should have experience in the creation of a new Active Directory Management agent.
• Should have experience in Dell storage
• Should have experience in Nunatix
