Job descriptionRecent graduates or final-year students (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Passion for customer service and problem-solving attitude. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech is a plus, but not required. Hands-on exposure to real-world customer success operations. Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the SaaS industry.

Location : On-site | Bengaluru, Karnataka
Timings : 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM
Stipend : INR 20,000 per month

Role Overview : We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Customer Success team in managing creator accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of basic support requests.
- Work closely with internal teams to track and follow up on customer feedback.
- Help in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Monitor and report customer activity and engagement.
- Maintain documentation and update customer data in our systems.
- Shadow senior CSMs and support them in execution of success plans.
