Management and Commerce Educator

Faculty of Management & Commerce, Poornima University required Professors / Associate Professors / Assistant Professors for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses who have a strong academic background and industry exposure in the areas of Digital Marketing , Marketing and Business Analytics . The candidate will be expected to contribute to curriculum development, conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals and overall development of the Management & Commerce department.

Key Responsibilities :

Teaching & Academic Duties :

• Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of Digital Marketing, Marketing and Business Analytics.
• Utilize modern teaching tools and pedagogical techniques, including experiential learning, case studies, simulations, and digital platforms.
• Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
• Prepare course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools aligned with program outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners on research projects and grant proposals.
• Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to present research findings.
