Overview :

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. The ideal candidate should have completed a UI / UX course from a reputable institute and should have 1 to 2 years of work experience.

Who are we looking for?

1 to 2 years of experience

Proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role

Portfolio showcasing design projects

Proficiency in wireframe tools (e.g., Figma)

Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Figma and Photoshop

Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Good time-management skills

Requirements

Role & responsibilities :

Research and Analysis :

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.

Wireframing and Prototyping :

Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

Prepare and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Interaction Design :

Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions aligned with the overall product goals.

Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.

Visual Design :

Design visually appealing interfaces for brand consistency and enhanced product aesthetics.

Compliance with Style Standards :

Ensure adherence to style standards, encompassing fonts, colors, and images.

Usability Testing :

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify improvement areas.

Identify and troubleshoot potential UX issues, emphasizing responsiveness.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends :

Continuously monitor the latest UX / UI design trends, tools, and technologies for ongoing process improvement.

Tools :

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch etc

Qualification / Interest :

Bachelor's degree in design (UI / UX) from a reputed college / university

Course in UI / UX from a reputed institute
