About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager in Manufacturing Excellence. This role is pivotal in leading initiatives that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across our manufacturing plants.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading initiatives of Manufacturing Excellence at respective plants to improve operational efficiency, wastage reduction, cost efficiency, continuous improvement, and enhance quality across plants.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Monitoring the ongoing performance of optimized processes.
- Identifying and eliminating waste in production processes.
- Optimizing resource utilization and reducing costs.
- Leading and facilitating change initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration across functions and plant.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing the cross-functional team on continuous improvement.
- To review & monitor daily OEE, prepare action plan fortnightly for improvement and present it to the management.
- To implement and monitor the quality circles across plant for improvements.
- Responsible for driving all OEE initiatives / improvement projects assigned by ME Head.
- Productivity enhancement of production lines through the approach of Quality Circle Project.
- Collaborate with other plants to harmonize the practices of Manufacturing Excellence across the organization.
Qualifications : 05–08 years of experience in a relevant field.
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead and facilitate change initiatives.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills :
Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.Familiarity with quality management systems.Proven track record of driving continuous improvement projects.Pay range and compensation package : Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
