Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Admin & Transport Coordinator. The role includes managing daily administrative activities, coordinating transportation services, ensuring smooth operations, and engaging with parents and staff effectively. The Admin & Transport Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining organization and managing resources to ensure efficient functioning of the preschool.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Transportation Management to oversee daily workflows effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with parents, staff, and service providers.
• Excellent Organization Skills to maintain records, schedules, and ensure seamless coordination in a preschool setting.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and solve problems efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
