About the Role

We’re looking for a Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with Scoop’s founder on a wide range of strategic and operational priorities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is excited to help build a bold, feminist, design-led brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Content & Community : Support creation of engaging, body-affirming content for Scoop’s social media, emails, and website. Help manage community interactions and nurture authentic relationships with our audience.
• Strategic Projects : Work directly with the founder to scope and execute priority projects from new campaigns to studio experiences, brand partnerships, or retail opportunities.
• Operations & Coordination : Assist with day-to-day workflows across fittings, order dispatches, shoot planning, and event coordination. Step in wherever needed to keep the brand moving smoothly.
• Research & Insights : Gather insights on industry trends, competitor brands, and community needs to help shape Scoop’s roadmap.
• Creative Collaboration : Work with designers, photographers, stylists, and other partners to bring Scoop’s vision to life across online and offline touchpoints.
