Founder's Office Intern

At Lovegen, we&aposve almost rounded off a major rebrand and are on the verge of relaunching with new branding, a revamped website, fresh merchandise, and more. This is a defining moment in our trajectory, and we are looking for a Founder&aposs Office Intern to work closely with the leadership on everything that directly influences Lovegen's growth strategy in 2025.

This is a super high-ownership role — we're looking for someone dead serious about building something from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven with a strong bias for action. They must be self-motivated, self-starters, and are able to efficiently execute on multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities :

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute initiatives across verticals with the leadership from concept to execution
• Assist with PnL building and focus intensely on KPIs that drive profitability
• Track business metrics and prepare performance reports for review
• Conduct research on the D2C fashion market and trends
• Assist with performance marketing campaigns, hiring, store activations (planned), and driving operational improvements
• Take ownership of ad-hoc high-impact projects
