This hybrid role combines responsibilities of customer onboarding, query resolution, product adoption, and business analysis, making it integral to our success.

Roles & Responsibilities;

Customer Success :

• Lead new customer onboarding by gathering data, configuring the software, and providing product training.
• Proactively address customer queries and issues, ensuring effective and efficient product usage.
• Drive customer satisfaction, increase software adoption, and identify opportunities for upselling to reduce churn.
