Role Overview

The DPR Engineer / Specialist – Roads & Highways will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for road and highway projects. The role involves coordination with design, survey, and environmental teams to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with MoRTH / IRC standards, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile  Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)  for roads, highways, and expressway projects as per MoRTH and NHAI guidelines.
• Coordinate with survey, design, and geotechnical teams to integrate field data and engineering designs.
• Review  alignment plans, geometric designs, pavement designs, cross-sections, and drainage plans.
• Analyze traffic studies, soil investigations, hydrological data, and topographical surveys.
• Estimate project costs including BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and economic feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with  IRC, MoRTH, and other relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare technical presentations, progress reports, and documentation for client submission.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, environmental, social impact, etc.) for holistic DPR preparation.
• Support tender documentation and project bid preparation when required.
