Job description

Join our high-impact product engineering team as we build next-generation B2C platforms serving millions of users worldwide. Were looking for a hands-on Full Stack Technical Leader with a strong foundation in backend systems, scalable architectures, and frontend development.

What You'll Be Doing :

Backend Development :

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java (Spring Boot).
  • Drive technical decisions for cloud architecture & real-time components on GCP.
  • Build and optimize robust data models & APIs using PostgreSQL and Redis.

Frontend Development :

  • Build internal dashboards and admin tools using ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with design & product teams to deliver smooth user experiences.

    • Collaboration & Leadership :

  • Work closely with product, design, and DevOps to ship user-impacting features.
  • Mentor team members and own critical technical decisions.

    • Must-Have Skills :

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with Full Stack focus (Java + ReactJS).
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Solid production experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
  • Working knowledge of ReactJS for frontend / dashboard needs.
  • Prior experience in a B2C company with high-scale systems.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Exposure to Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django).
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, streaming architectures).
  • Familiarity with AI / ML features (vector databases, GPT integration, RAG workflows, chatbots).
  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OTEL).
  • Proven experience building / scaling large-scale B2C applications.
