Full Stack Developer - Java / React.js

Key Responsibilities :

• Full Stack Leadership : Lead the end-to-end development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications, spanning both front-end and back-end architectures.
• Backend Expertise : Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems using Java, leveraging frameworks such as Spring Boot and the broader Spring Framework.
• Front-end Development : Build engaging and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• API Design & Development : Architect and implement clean, efficient, and scalable RESTful APIs (or GraphQL / gRPC where applicable) for seamless communication between layers.
• Database Management : Work extensively with various database systems, including relational databases and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis), optimizing data storage and retrieval.
• Architectural Guidance : Provide technical leadership and guidance, contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security principles.
• DevOps & Deployment : Oversee and contribute to CI / CD pipelines, utilizing tools like Docker and Kubernetes for efficient application deployment and management.
• Mentorship & Collaboration : Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving within the team.
• Problem Solving : Tackle complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance and Skills & Qualifications :
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong expertise in Java backend development, including Spring Boot and the Spring
