As Manager - Center Operations , your role is to create clarity, consistency, and operational excellence across the gym network by empowering the city and cluster teams to do so. You'll drive visibility, accountability, and process adoption through systems, toolkits, reporting, and structured governance.
This is a non-sales role focused on process rigor, systemization, and network support — ideal for
someone who understands frontline fitness ops but prefers to build and enable operations delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Governance & Process Clarity
- Define and drive SOPs across all gym functions — front desk, PT, trials, hygiene, etc.
- Conduct periodic audits (physical, virtual) to ensure adherence
- Create operational playbooks for field teams
Center & Cluster Visibility
Build and own dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide visibility intooperational performance (attendance, trials, PT%, hygiene audits, escalations)
Collaborate with Tech / Product teams to refine and rollout ops dashboards or toolsRhythm of Business & Reviews
Anchor the operations calendar — reviews, audits, closures, feedback loopsSupport city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance ritualsTrack and follow through on agreed actions — become the 'ops conscience' of the orgField Support & Capability Building
Support onboarding of new Cluster Managers and Center ManagersServe as a resource for process troubleshooting and operational escalationsPromote best practice sharing across the networkProjects & Enablers
Lead time-bound improvement projects (e.g., TAT reduction, hygiene revamp, trial funnelcleanup)
Partner with functions like HR, Tech, Facilities and Customer Experience to resolve systemicgaps
Ideal Candidate Profile
4 years in business operations, central ops or field enablement roles
Preferably from fitness, retail, F&B, or hospitality chainsStrong with Google Sheets, Excel, dashboarding, and reporting toolsAnalytical, structured, and ability to operate under ambiguityExperience managing governance processes across multiple stakeholdersCollaborative communicator who works through influence rather than authoritySkills Required
