Job Title : Manager / Senior Manager- International Business Development (LATAM & EUROPE)

Location : New Delhi Head Office, Delhi

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – International Business

Development (LATAM & EUROPE) to lead our global marketing efforts across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities :

 To identify new sales leads through various channels includes emails, social media and trade

portals

 Conduct market mapping to generate country-specific plans

 Cold call as appropriate within identified markets or geographic areas to ensure a robust

pipeline of opportunities

 Conversion of identified leads to generate business

 Handle key customers account and generate repeat orders from them

 Coordinate with cross functional teams (production, logistics, regulatory, finance and others) to

execute the fulfilment of orders on time

 Ensure all shipments are in compliance with all laws and regulations

 Achieve export sales targets

Preferred Industry : Healthcare ( Manufacturer, seller & exporter of medical disposables and hospital products )

Experience Required : Minimum 8-12 years of experience in handling Exports / Business Development in Medical Device

Essential Attributes :

 Proven track record of driving business growth and brand awareness through marketing

strategies

 Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams

 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

 Experience working in a global / multinational company, with knowledge of cultural and market

nuances.
