Human Resources Coordinator

Job descriptionConduct onboarding and induction for new employees. Prepare joining documents, ID cards, policies, and orientation sessions. Coordinate internal training or skill-building sessions. Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation. Oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance support. Issue HR documents : offer letters, confirmations, warnings, and F&F. Assist in appraisal cycles and KPI tracking. Conduct periodic performance discussions with team leads. Organise team-building activities and engagement programs. Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee welfare initiatives. Support a positive and healthy company culture. Ensure labour law compliance including PF / ESI and statutory filings. Support HR policy creation, updating, and implementation. Any HSC or Graduate. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and payroll coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software / tools. Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on last drawn salary & experience). PF, Medical Insurance Growth opportunities and internal promotions.
