About the Role :
- We are seeking an experienced Liasoning Officer to handle all statutory, regulatory, and compliance-related approvals for our IVF clinic chain across India.
- The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing regulatory clearances and government interactions at both state and central levels, ensuring smooth establishment and operations of IVF centers (Main & Satellite).
Key Responsibilities :
Regulatory Approvals & Licensing.Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including : .
PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals.ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics).Bombay Nursing Home Registration.Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances.Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions.Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals.Pollution Control Board clearance.Trade license and other relevant compliances also under the scope of liasoning officer.Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.Government & External Liaison.Build and maintain relationships with : .Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities.Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.ART / PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.Documentation & Compliance.
Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local / state healthcare regulations.Operational Support.
Work closely with Expansion / Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 5 years in liasoning / compliance for hospitals, diagnostic centers, or IVF / healthcare facilities.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of PCPNDT Act, ART Act, Fire Safety, and Nursing Home Acts.Proven track record of handling Change of Use, Municipal, and State-level approvals PAN India.Excellent networking and communication with regulatory authorities.Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multi-state projects simultaneously.Proficiency in drafting letters, applications, and compliance reports.Travel : Willingness to travel extensively across India for regulatory follow-ups.(ref : iimjobs.com)
