About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to join our team and help us expand our impact. This role goes beyond traditional business development — it’s about building meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and driving long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth in key markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Knowledge of business growth strategies
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
