Floor Manager - Jewellery

We are hiring Floor Manager for leading Jewellery Store @Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Will be responsible for leading a team of 20 Retail Sales Officers and 3 to 4 Team Leaders

• Working with team members in helping them achieve their targets
• Coach Retail Sales Officers in achieving their key performance metrics
• Conducting role plays to improve team performance
• Participate in conducting daily feedback calls to customers
• Monitor and follow-up on all non-conversions in the respective teams assigned
