We're Hiring : Enterprise Sales Leader (US Market) | WhilterAI

WhilterAI empowers brands to scale AI-led creative production for social media marketing and hyper-personalized customer communication. As we expand across the US, we're looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader to drive our next phase of growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Strong network across CMOs, agencies, and adtech ecosystems
  • Proven track record in closing mid-to-large ACV enterprise deals
  • Experience selling marketing, creative, or adtech solutions is a strong advantage
  • Based in the US or willing to travel frequently (valid US visa required)
  • IIT / IIM alumni preferred
  • Travel-ready (every two weeks)

Immediate joiner

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ownership mindset with a willingness to experiment and iterate
  • What You'll Own

  • End-to-end enterprise sales cycle for the US market
  • Building, scaling, and optimizing a predictable revenue engine
  • Collaborating closely with leadership on GTM strategy and execution
  • Representing WhilterAI in discussions with senior brand and agency stakeholders
