About the Role :

A reputed IB school in New Delhi is seeking a visionary and accomplished leader to head its academic and administrative functions. The Principal will be responsible for driving academic excellence, building a world-class team, ensuring holistic student development, and positioning the school as a leading IB institution in India.

Candidate Profile :

Experience : 12-25 years in leadership roles at IB schools (PYP, MYP, DP).

Education : Strong academic track record.

Skills & Competencies :

1) Deep knowledge of IB curriculum & global education practices.

2) Proven track record of driving academic excellence and enrollment growth.

3) Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

4) Passion for fostering a progressive, inclusive, and globally competitive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead implementation of IB continuum (PYP, MYP, DP).
• Drive academic innovation and global benchmarks.
• Build & mentor a high-performing faculty team.
• Ensure holistic student development (academic, co-curricular, well-being).
• Oversee school operations, budgets & compliance.
• Strengthen enrollment and parent / stakeholder engagement
