With games like MaskGun (90M users) , Silly Royale (20M users) , SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built) and Indus - India's first battle royale game with over 5M downloads.

We’re looking for a Technical Game Designer to join our team. You’ll be part of a passionate group of designers, artists, and engineers shaping the future of Indus; bringing fresh ideas to gameplay, systems, and live-ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and live events.
• Own features end-to-end : from ideation, documentation, and prototyping to implementation, playtesting, and iteration.
• Translate high-level design goals into clear, actionable design specs for the dev team.
• Balance gameplay systems through data-driven iteration, player feedback, and playtesting.
• Stay current with trends in Battle Royale, Extraction, and multiplayer shooters — analyzing competitor titles and bringing new ideas to the table.
• Contribute to Player experience flows, and economy balancing when required.
• Ensure features align with Indus’ vision, tone, and player-first philosophy.
