Job Summary :

We are seeking a Finance Representative to support our accounting and financial operations for different departments, including company financial reporting and personal finance tracking for executives or clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial literacy, and the ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, assisting in budgeting, analyzing expenditures, and maintaining financial records for both business and individual portfolios.

Key Responsibilities :

Corporate Finance Support :

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the company.
• Analyze business expenses, revenues, and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Work to ensure accuracy in general ledger entries and reconciliation.
• Support in the preparation of audit documentation and compliance reporting.
• Track accounts payable / receivable and cash flow to maintain accurate financial health records.
• Support as Procurement Finance working by closing with suppliers in negotiations.
