The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing employer branding strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
