Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across IT and Non-IT functions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define recruitment plans.
Maintain strong stakeholder management and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
Drive process improvements and implement best hiring practices.
Handle bulk and niche hiring for both voice and non-voice processes.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and maintain candidate database accuracy.
Requirements :
Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR or related field.
5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
Proven experience in BPO hiring (IT & Non-IT).
Strong understanding of various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring within tight timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
