The Role : Recruiter Intern

We’re looking for a sharp, driven Recruiter Intern to help us scale our tech and business teams. You’ll work directly with hiring managers and leadership to drive an efficient and high-quality hiring process.

What You’ll Do

Source and engage top talent for technology and business roles

Run end-to-end recruitment processes : from sourcing to offer

Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Support employer branding efforts and candidate communications

Work closely with hiring teams to build a high-quality talent pipeline

What We’re Looking For

Only open to MBA students graduated in 2025

Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition

Strong communication and organizational skills

Interest in technology and startups

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with speed and precision

Self-starter mindset with a bias for action

Internship Details

Duration : 3–6 months

Location : Primarily remote

Stipend : ₹20,000–25,000 / month

Conversion Opportunity : High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship
