Your Mission :
As a Specialist Trainer, you will be the cornerstone of our new hires' success. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact onboarding and continuous sales training programs for teams working with our prestigious client, LinkedIn—the world's largest professional network. This isn't just a training role; it's an opportunity to directly influence performance and drive revenue for a global tech leader.
What You Will Do :
- Design & Develop : Craft, update, and execute engaging onboarding curricula and ongoing training modules focused on Digital Marketing processes and the B2B sales cycle.
- Engage & Educate : Deliver high-energy, interactive training sessions that equip new hires with the skills to succeed, effectively managing the entire trainee lifecycle through expert batch management.
- Analyze & Optimize : Conduct skill gap analysis and performance evaluations to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness, using data to continuously improve our learning outcomes.
- Mentor & Coach : Act as a mentor and coach for new employees, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition from training to live performance.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Partner with sales and operations managers to align training with business goals and incorporate the latest teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Must-Haves) :
A proven track record of 3-8 years in a corporate training role, with at least 2 years specifically as a hands-on trainer.Strong domain expertise in Digital Marketing and a solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle.A portfolio of exceptional content creation and preparation skills, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint (e-learning software is a plus).Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills – you can command a room and inspire learners.A demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive delivery, and manage the end-to-end training process for your batches.Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess performance and adapt training approaches accordingly.Why MarketStar?
