Position Overview

We are looking for a Structural BIM Modeler with proven experience in delivering USA and UK-based projects . The candidate should be proficient in Revit Structures, Navisworks, and BIM workflows , with a strong understanding of U.S. and U.K. building codes, standards, and project delivery methods . This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across time zones to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage structural BIM models in Revit for U.S. and U.K. commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Interpret and apply U.S. codes (ACI, AISC, ASTM, ASCE) and U.K. standards (BS, Eurocodes, BRE, BSI PAS 1192) .
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes.
• Produce general arrangement drawings, reinforcement detailing, and steel / concrete shop drawings as per U.S. and U.K. standards.
• Support LOD 300–400 model development for design, coordination, and construction documentation.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 19650 / PAS 1192 and client-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Assist in quantity take-offs, schedules, and construction sequencing .
• Collaborate with international clients, consultants, and contractors in real-time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
