Our work spans architecture, interiors, and engineering , with a strong focus on quality, value engineering, and timely delivery .

We currently work exclusively on U.S.-based (American) architectural projects , offering our team exposure to international standards, design practices, and documentation processes .

Role Description We are seeking a BIM Senior Architect for a full-time on-site position based in Puducherry .

The ideal candidate will lead design coordination, oversee BIM integration across projects, and ensure smooth collaboration between architecture and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and review architectural designs aligned with U.S. standards

Manage project workflows and deliverables using BIM software

Coordinate across disciplines to ensure design accuracy and compliance

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred)

Proven expertise in architecture and project management

Strong BIM proficiency and experience in BIM-based project workflows

Familiarity with U.S. codes, standards, and documentation practices

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Prior experience in American architectural projects is highly preferred

Experience in the real estate or construction sector is an added advantage
