Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in telecom billing and mediation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with CSGI Singleview Billing and / or CSGI Intermediate Mediation, along with a solid foundation in manual and automation testing, Unix, and SQL.

Responsibilities :

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for billing and mediation applications.
• Validate business workflows and data integrity across CSGI Singleview Billing and / or CSGI Intermediate Mediation platforms.
• Execute manual and automation test cases and ensure quality deliverables.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as SoapUI, Postman, or Swagger.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Business Analysts, Operations) to resolve defects and improve test coverage.
• Analyze logs and perform validation using Unix commands and SQL queries.
• Contribute to automation scripts and testing frameworks as required.
