We’ve been growing for four years and are now looking for a Lead QA Engineer to help us scale further. Our team works 100% remotely and asynchronously, following modern software development practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices
• Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
• Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir / NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
• Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting
• Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function
