Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create platform-specific strategies for engagement, growth, and conversion.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Set measurable goals (KPIs) for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions across platforms.
Content Creation & Management :
Conceptualize, create, and manage compelling visual and written content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Facebook.Write captivating captions, posts, blogs, and short-form content that reflect the brand's tone and personality.Develop creative assets - including reels, videos, infographics, and stories - using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.Community Management & Engagement
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and manage brand reputation across social platforms.Build and nurture an online community by initiating conversations, polls, and live sessions.Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates for campaigns and co-branded initiatives.Analytics & Reporting :
