Roles & Responsibilities :

• Involvement in the design, tender, procurement and delivery phases of new projects.
• Involvement in the installation / configuration of infrastructure for new customers and improvement / enhancement of existing customers
• Ability to oversee the performance of infrastructure across the infrastructure managed services customer base and in-house services
• Ability to monitor the performance of servers, proactively identify issues / abnormalities that may pose threat to customers services
• Ability to review performance logs, identify trends, patterns and detect irregular behaviours
• Mange the monitoring solution set up, update, enhance, modify the parameters, as the infrastructure is updated or upgraded
• Ensure servers are backed up, security measures are in place, and there is automatic failover in case of downtime
• Proactively and reactively applying vulnerability patches to managed sites
• Communicate with end-customer to understand the underlying issue and provide timely feedback
• Work proactively with others across the organization to ensure prompt resolution
• Provide support to colleagues through knowledge sharing and promoting knowledge sharing initiatives
