Senior Digital Marketing Manager - FMCG / Beauty

We are seeking an experienced and growth-focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead our D2C and e-commerce marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in FMCG and Beauty / Personal Care , combined with proven success in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, funnel-based advertising, content strategy, and marketplace management. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can own the full customer journey from awareness to retention while driving measurable growth across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact D2C marketing strategy across all digital channels.
• Plan and manage annual / quarterly budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and operations teams.
• Lead content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Oversee content creation, storytelling, and brand positioning tailored to FMCG / beauty audiences.
• Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to negotiation and performance tracking.
• Track ROI and optimize influencer partnerships based on data.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
• Implement full-funnel ad strategies—awareness, consideration, retargeting—to improve CAC and LTV.
• Oversee marketplace advertising (sponsored ads, display ads) to boost visibility and sales.
• Analyze marketplace performance dashboards and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Build automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies to increase repeat purchases.
• Monitor LTV, churn, and repeat rate to guide long-term retention strategy.
• Use analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, marketplace dashboards, CRM tools) to guide strategy.
