Associate Director - Legal and Risk Management Client is seeking for an Associate Director- Legal and Risk Management to join the Legal Team. The client is a leading international network and India's pre-eminent consulting firm. Offering a range of solutions in assurance, tax, technology, managed services, deals, ESG and risk consulting to mid-market companies, government, large corporates, and digital natives.

Duties and responsibilities :
- Drafting of Policies, Standard templates, and SoPs
- Handling general legal, compliance and risk related queries from Business Units and Support functions.
- Replying to Regulators / Clients / Administrative bodies
- Providing advisory support to business leadership
- Crisis Management
- Litigation support drafting of notices, responses to client notice, complaints / show cause notices etc, drafting responses to inquiries by regulators such as ED, CBI, Police, ICAI etc
- Legal Research and Compliances
- Well versed and updated with current and new laws - with deep knowledge of CrPC, Evidence Act, Contract Act & Companies Act.
- Contract drafting and review
- Knowledge of CA Act & ICAI code of ethics would be an added advantage
- Handling employee related matters
- Team Management
