Implementation of Risk Management Framework
A. To assist functions in understanding of internal Risk Management Framework & other associated
policies and resolve their queries / concerns associated with it.
B. To assist in creation of content bank for Risk Management related trainings / risk awareness
campaigns.

Investment Risk Management
A. Monitoring of Passive limits on daily basis (Regulatory, Asset Allocation & Internal Risk) in Front
office system / equivalent tool.
B. Tracking the rebalancing timelines for open breaches.
C. Listening the voice recordings / calls of Investment function on daily basis and comparing the same
with trades executed on sample basis.
D. Assist team in tracking of Scheme Level Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) vis a vis the defined threshold levels
on periodic basis.
3.
Operational Risk Management
A. Performing ground level activities for Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Process at a functional
level. Tracking periodic progress of RCSA and associated actionables.
B. Follow-up with stakeholders & obtaining inputs for preparation of KEY Risk Indicator (KRI) report at
AMC level
C. Helping function in Incident Reporting. Tracking actionables of Incident reporting.4.
Reporting & Analysis
A. Preparation & Reporting of internal Risk reports, Risk Dashboards on periodic basis.
B. Assist in analysis of various Risk reports prepared by and reported to Risk Team.
C. Timely reporting of deliverables to the functions / stakeholders.
5.
Risk Management Committee (RMC) Meeting
A. Assist in preparation of agenda papers and reports required for conducting the Risk Management
Committee Meetings on periodic basis.
B. Collating data from different function / stakeholders for RMCs.
C. Tracking and follow-up of actionables of RMC
D. Maintenance of Minutes of RMC
6.
Handling Internal & External Audits
A. Coordinating with auditors (Internal & External) for audit data requirement & facilitating the same in
timely manner.
B. Tracking & closing the audit actionables, if any.
7.
Review of Policies
A. Helping in review of Risk Management Framework and associated policies at a defined frequency
and proving inputs for keeping the same up-to date in line with the recent regulatory environment
and practices
B. Maintenance of Risk Management policy tracker.8.
Other
A. Any other Risk Management related adhoc activities, which may be required to be carried out on
need basis.4.

a) Qualifications
MBA in Finance / CA , FRM / CFA or Level 1 cleared candidate of FRM / CFA
b) Work Experience
Around 3-5 years of experience in the field of Risk Management in financial services industry.
Candidate who has worked in Operational Risk Management Function / Investment Risk Management Function
/ Enterprise Risk Management Function in Insurance, Banking and NBFCs shall also be considered.c) Personal Attributes / Behavioral skills
