About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Learning & Development to lead and shape our learning culture across multiple locations. The role is pivotal in building the capabilities of our frontline teams, leaders, and future talent-ensuring we deliver consistent customer experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Design : Develop and implement holistic learning strategies aligned with our brand, culture, and business goals.
- Capability Building : Drive structured training programs for outlet teams, shift leaders, and leadership positions.
- Innovation in Learning : Create scalable and engaging learning journeys using digital platforms, gamification, and blended learning approaches.
- Collaboration : Partner with Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and build impactful interventions.
- Culture of Learning : Promote continuous learning from onboarding through leadership development, nurturing future-ready talent.
- Measurement & Impact : Define success metrics, track training effectiveness, and ensure tangible improvements in store performance and employee engagement.
What Were Looking For :
Proven experience (10+ years) in leading L&D functions, preferably in QSR, Coffee, or Hospitality industries.Strong track record of managing multi-location training programs.Deep understanding of the QSR pace and operational dynamics.Ability to mentor teams, champion processes, and introduce innovative learning solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills(ref : iimjobs.com)
