Job descriptionImplement and maintain governance frameworks and reporting standards. Monitor project performance, manage dependencies, and escalate risks or delays when needed. Oversee financial tracking, budget management, and resource planning. Act as a key point of contact for project sponsors and executive stakeholders. Drive alignment across business functions and geographies. Contribute to the broader Finance transformation narrative through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. Ensure effective change management practices are embedded into all core projects. Collaborate with the Change Management team to support training, communication, and user adoption activities. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Experience : 12–15 years in project or program management, ideally within a Finance Transformation or Consulting environment (Big 4). Project Skills : Solid background in governance, budget tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead teams and complex projects across international and matrixed organizations. Mindset : Strategic thinker with strong operational execution; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Communication : Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership& fluency in english.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Project Delivery
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end strategic Finance programs (eg. Purchase To Pay tool implementation, EPM implementation, Process Optimization..).
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of project managers.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of initiatives.

4. Change & Communication Strategy
Must have :
o Strong understanding of Finance processes and systems (Sage X3, Basware, Board knowledge is a plus).
o Proven experience in managing large-scale Finance transformation programs.
o Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
