We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media practice, manage key accounts, and mentor our team in delivering award-worthy campaigns .
Role Overview
The Senior Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in building and executing social media strategies across Instagram, , YouTube, and emerging platforms. This position requires someone who can blend creativity with analytics , manage a team of brand managers / designers , and bring innovation to every campaign .
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and oversee social media strategies for multiple brands across industries.
- Create campaign roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
- Stay on top of industry trends, algorithms, and emerging social platforms.
- Team & Client Leadership
- Mentor and guide brand managers, designers, and editors.
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing thought leadership and ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Build success stories and case studies from campaigns.
- Content & Campaigns
- Supervise ideation, production, and execution of high-quality, trend-driven content .
- Ensure content is engaging, shareable, and performance-oriented .
- Develop content buckets, calendars, and creative briefs for clients.
- Analytics & Growth
- Track performance metrics across platforms, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Manage ad budgets, boost campaigns, and deliver growth in engagement, leads, or sales.
- Report ROI clearly to clients and management.
- Innovation
- Introduce new campaign formats, storytelling styles, and partnerships (influencer / UGC / brand collabs).
- Explore AI-driven tools for content and analytics to improve efficiency.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in social media marketing, with agency experience preferred.Proven track record of growing brands on Instagram, , and other platforms .Strong leadership and people management skills.Exceptional understanding of content hooks, reels, UGC, and platform-specific storytelling .Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Meta Business Suite, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and social listening tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work across multiple industries , balancing creativity with performance goals.Preferred Skills
Experience managing D2C, wellness, education, and consumer tech brands .Knowledge of SEO / SEM as it ties to social growth.Strong creative instinct with an eye for design and video trends.Case studies or award-winning campaign experience is a strong plus.What We Offer
