About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst and Enablement lead to join our Automation & AI Centre of Excellence. This client-facing role will be crucial in managing client expectations and ensuring excellent customer Experience with successful delivery throughout the lifecycle of AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving AI adoption across the organization.
In this role the candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and drive the design and implementation of automation and AI solutions that generate tangible business value. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in business analysis, demonstrate proficiency in Agile practices, and bring a working knowledge of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI and machine learning. The Candidate will partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical leads to ensure that solutions are adopted at scale, align with business objectives, are user-friendly, and deliver measurable outcomes.
